Cursor properties

Hi all,

I have this burning question. I need a function which will allows me to control the clicking of the mouse (left click, right click). What i would be needing are data type or variable,  etc... to control the cursor by clicking without using my mouse. Is such function available in Labview 8.0?

Hope you guy can help me out.

khsay,

This is more of a Windows questions -- you would have to find or create a dll that would call the function that is called when a mouse click is received.  To give you an idea, see the following Microsoft MSDN entry: How to: Simulate Mouse and Keyboard Events in Code.

You can set the cursor position rather easily, and this is documented in the following DevZone Example: Setting the Mouse Cursor's Position in LabVIEW
What is it you are trying to do?
