Color Fuse Inspection

I have same type of Requirement of fuse box inspection. 

Please suggest and share some tips or Example to create good application for Fuse inspection.

This inspection is discussed in the Imaq Vision For LabView manual, and at one time there was example code.

Fuses are an excellent example of Design for inspection.. Each current rating has a different color, so OCR is not required.

In the image posted in this message, Field of View and lighting needs to be optimized.. One of the fuses has critical glare that obscures the color and value of the fuse.
