Camera File Generator installation error

I've tried installing all versions of the Camera File Generator on my PC (WinXP Pro), but setup immediately gets an error.  Does a certain version of IMAQ need to be installed before this utility will install?  Anyway, in the resulting error window there is an error information link that shows:

AppName: setup.exe     AppVer: 1.0.0.0     ModName: kmw_dll.dll
ModVer: 6.22.4.1     Offset: 00002fc8

Any idea why it won't install?  We really need to be able to modify some camera files, and since there isn't any syntax documentation this looks like the only way I will be able to do it for our company-specific video source.

Hello Brad,

When you go to the ftp site to download this utility, please read the 'Readme' file. This will mention which version of NI-IMAQ you need in order to install and run it successfully. Here is a link to the ftp site again for your reference: ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/imaq/pc/ni-imaq/cfgenerator/ . I was able to download the latest version (2.0.3) and install it with no problems. 

Make sure you download the 'setup.exe' file to your PC first before running it. If this does not work, try using another browser to download the file.
