according to this, IMAQdx should support it.
have you tried to see the camera in MAX?

hello
yes i can see the caméra in max but when i try to snap i got this error
NI-IMAQdx: (Hex 0xBFF69031) The system did not receive a test packet from the camera. The packet size may be too large for the network configuration or a firewall may be enabled.
i think this issue comes from the driver isn'it???

indeed IMAQdx is the acquisition driver.
What's your network board? Is it an NI GigE board?
You have to select the NI GigE vision driver for it in Windows, go to the device manager to check that, and select the driver manually.
Also, check this out, it will help you configure the driver for jumbo frames : http://www.ni.com/white-paper/5750/en/

You are already seeing the camera, it just can't communicate with you due to network / Ethernet problems.
1) Did you allow Jumbo Frames in your network card?
2) Is your Firewall disabled?
3) Try to decrease the packet size in MAX to 1024 and look what happens.
