Calling an image grab from the main VI in the sub VI.

Hey,

How can I call an imaqdx image grab in my sub vi from the main one without using queues? I tried using an invoke node but I fail. Help is appreciated.

Hello MrNewb,

I'm a little unclear on what you are trying to accomplish.  Are you asking how to use a subVI that has an IMAQdx Grab.vi in it?  Or are you asking how to take image data acquired with IMAQdx Grab.vi in a main VI and pass it into a subVI?  The anwser to either involves passing a reference to an image location.  If you elaborate on what the desired behaviour is I'll try to provide a more substantive anwser and point you to an example in the example finder.
