I am having problems combining a Dalsa CA-D1-0256T (area scan camera) with
a PCI 1424 framegrabber.

The image appears to be made up of 8 repeated images. The top left of each
image is always dark. I think it might be due to blooming perhaps from a
problem with the pixel clocking.

How do I configure the system to run correctly?

     You are right, it does sound like a matter of just configuring the system.  First, I want to make sure that you are using the proper camera file.  If you go to the following link on our website you can download a camera file that will have all of the defaults for your camera. Actaully with this configuration everything should work out alright.

    If you've gotten, and are using, this camera file already.  The next thing to look at is if anything was changed in Measurement and Automation Explorer.  I don't think you mentioned it, what attributes are you trying to acquire this image with?  (i.e. what frame rate? resolution?  etc.)

    So try out that camera file and if that doesn't help or you've already done that then just give me a bit more information and we'll go from there.
