1409 for Progressive CCD

Hi sir:
I have 1409 vision Card use in get Non-interlace CCD
but I can't get clear Image .
1. I use MAX to configer 1409 CH0 30 Hz Progressive Scan, 640x480.
2.I setting CCD to Non-interlace mode.
3.I Grab Image in MAX.
4.I got the Image not clear.(see the Attach Files)
How can i do, I need your help me

What is the kind if CCD/camera is it. Is the CCD producing the signal at 30 HZ or is it 25, 50, or 60 Hz?
The image you sent me is completely black is that what you are seeing? My first suggestion is to check the cameras setting and to make sure that match they the board's settings.
