software question

Hi

I have download a software driver for DAQ Assistant, but it will not shows up in block diagram window/express/input window. I have a trial version Labview and that could be the reason for not showing up.

Installation complete and restart done.

Is there anything else I have to do for activating this driver.

Hi,

The issue is probably that you haven't installed support for the version of LabVIEW you're using. When you go through the install process, you will get a pop-up dialog box which asks you to specify which components you want to install. In there will be options for programming support for different versions of LabVIEW and text based environments.

Try re-running the installer and make sure this is selected. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest calling into the office and one of the AE's will be able to help.
