I am kind of new to Linux. I am running Linux Mint and would like to install LabVIEW on it so I don't have to use Windows. Where can I download LabVIEW and how do I install it? Thanks for your help!

LabVIEW for Linux is not downloadable like the Windows version is. In order to get it, you must purchase it and then wait for the CD. You can order your copy here: https://www.ni.com/en-us/shop/product/labview.html
National Instruments only officially support LabVIEW for Linux on Scientific Linux, Red Hat Enterprise and OpenSUSE. For more on which versions check here:

It may be possible to install LabVIEW on Mint, but you will probably have to do some digging and also some trial and error.
I understand there are different Mint projects and that they are based on different distros. Which Mint are you using?

I am using Mint 15 Olivia. It is based on Ubuntu 13.04. If I have already purchased LabVIEW for Windows, then do I have to re-purchase a LabVIEW CD?
