This is something that we are working on, and will possible to do in the next version of CVI. But for now, you do have to install any drivers (such as VISA) separately in the target machine.
If your target machine has NI hardware, or any NI development environment, you should already have a CD with drivers for that machine that you can use to install VISA. If you do not have any NI hardware or software in that machine, I believe that the license agreement still allows you to install up to 100 distributions of VISA for free. If that's your situation, you can obtain an installer of the VISA run-time from the location below (scroll to the bottom for the run-time installers). Make sure that you pick the version that matches what you have in your development machine.
