how to open *.cfg file in CVI debug folder?

I am try to compile a program which is compiled in CVI by others, I find a *.cfg file in the CVI debug folder. I try to open it by notepad,ultraedit... but it can not display the code correctly. So pls give me the hand to solve it. Thanks.

Try viewing it with "Total Commander".
