creating an interactive execution

hi,
I an writing my own UI and I want to creat an interactive execution in order to allow the user to choose which tests he want to run. My problem is that I can't run this interactice execution with entry points other than the main sequence. Can someone post a simple example of a way to do that (other than the testexec project provided with TestStand)?

Can you explain in more detail what exactly is an interactive execution? Is this related to CVI's interactive function panels?
This might be more related to TestStand than CVI. If that's the case, you might have better luck getting an answer in the TestStand Forum.
