Does somebody knows how to create windows help file *.hlp
There is a tools which allows create *.hpj, *,whh, *.rtf
What next?

My guess is that the *.whh is a Windows Hyper Help format.

You will need a help file compiler to generate a windows *.hlp file
Check the documentation.

Finaly I got it!

There is Microsoft Help Workshop
cvi\sdk\bin\hcw.exe
See there are a lot of nice features

It takes *.hpj, *,whh, *.rtf and creates *.hlp
