Why does Resman.exe require Administrator rights to rebuild device table file?

The program seems to exit with an error code without rebuilding the .tbl file completely unless the user *is* Administrator. Even users that are supposedly given Administrator rights cannot succcessfully run the program.

If neither of those solutions works for you, please let me know what version of NI-VXI and what operating system you are using.
