What were baseline driver versions for 7.1?

I'm trying to port some projects from CVI 6.0 to 7.1

6.0 came with the following baseline drivers:
NI-DAQ 6.9
GPIB 1.7
VISA 2.5.2
IVI 1.83

What were the baseline versions of these drivers when 7.1 was released? These older installers do not integrate with CVI 7.x -- and while DAQ 6.9 can be "integrated" by copying some files into the cvi\bin directory, I'd like to avoid doing that. (Plus, I have been unable to get IVI to work this way).


Any assistance is appreciated.

I found an old install set here for CVI 7.1.  The Device Driver Reference CD is dated August 2004.
