Using scrollbar arrows in a table's Quick Edit window expands the scrollbar

When using the Quick Edit Window to edit a table that contains a vertical scrollbar, holding down the scrollbar up or down arrow causes the scrollbar to expand to the height of the screen.  (See attached picture.)

Which CVI version do you use?

I think its already fixed in version 9.0.1 (but not in 9.0.0)
