Undefined symbol 'TS_SequenceGetStep'

Environment:

LW-CVI 7.1.0 (306)
Win-XP Pro

Goal: Build a DLL to be used within TestStand.

Problem: Get "Undefined symbol" for most TS_Seq... TS_Step... TS_Property...

I do know that these have to appead in a TestStand header file, which is included in the path (Options/Environment).

Question: How do I resolve this issue? How do I ensure that the header files are indexed appropriately?
