Hi all,
I have ported a legacy 32bit application to 64bit and noticed that after a while the GUI starts to lag for no apparent reason. It seems to get worse when the controls are heavily access from the program. I have attached a sample dummy application which shows the issue. The program does nothing but fill a graph from a simple timer routine.
When compiled as a 32bit application the program finishes within a few milliseconds no matter how long the program runs. When compiled as 64bit it takes up to a few seconds to finish, depending on how long you let it run (minutes, hours).
Any ideas?
Cheers
David
Compiled with LabWindows CVI 2012 and 2019 natively and compiled with Visual Studio 2015 and 2019. Same behavior. I checked various versions of the cvirte.dll, too.
System: Windows 10 Pro 10.0.18363 Build 18363 using nvidia drivers (RTX2070 or a Quadro P2000)

Hello, I have the same problem since I use Windows 10 64 LTSC. CVI 2017. Do you find some solution?
Thanks,
