Test Executive fails in CVI 7.1 for Borland mode

Hi all,
I ran a CVI 5.0 test in CVI 7.1 and got the error shown in the attached screenshot. Test executive initially does not load any of my tests. When I manually select the sequence file .squ, I get this nasty looking popup. It says that the test in my .obj file cannot be loaded because "In Borland mode, LabWindows/CVI does not allow external modules to contain uninitializeddefinitions of global variables that have already been defined.)". What does this error mean, and can it be fixed without changing the compatibility mode for the project?

Test Stand can convert and read Test Executive files, and this is currently the recommended method for use with CVI 7.1. Thanks for contacting NI!
