Hello John,
CVI does not currently have any built in drivers for TWAIN devices. But, if you can find a C driver or an ActiveX control for TWAIN, you can use CVI 5.5 and above with the ActiveX control. CVI will generate wrapper functions (Tools >> Create ActiveX Controller) and the appropriate libraries so that you can start using the functions directly.
