Thank you for posting. We would be happy to answer your question; however could you please open a new thread when you have a new question.

It would also be helpful for the user community if you mark the solution to your original question on this forum. We tried a number of things, and a user with a similar question would definitely like to be forwarded directly to the correct solution.

There should be an option somwhere to mark as solved. Either it will be under the Kudos or under the Options on the right.
