Hello,
Previously, I was able to highlight a function in CVI's text editor and press the F1 key and LabWindows would bring up the highlighted function's help entry.
However, doing the same thing now just brings me to the main LabWindows CVI Help Page.
When highlighting a call to "DAQmxReadAnalogF64 and pressing F1, for example, the help window pops up, the search box in this window is populated with the query "DAQmxReadAnalogF64", but the help file can not find the entry in the help file:
If I check the "Search" tab in this window it finds the entry properly (but this creates an extra step I don't want to deal with):
I have tried re-installing DAQmx - the specific library associated with this function thinking the help files got corrupted but this did not solve the issue. I'm trying to avoid re-installing CVI.
It's worth noting that my co-worker's environment does not display this behavior and works as I expect.
Any help would be appreciated,
-Chris

Before reinstalling CVI from scratch I would look and see if thereis an option to repair CVI installation, either from Windows control panel or from CVI setup program.

I have a feeling re-installing CVI may not solve the issue.
I first discovered this problem when installing a fresh copy of CVI on a new hire's machine.
I ran back to my desk, and sure enough it was doing the same for me.
I ran to another co-workers desk and his was working as expected.
All 3 of us are running CVI 2017 and have similar configurations of NI software.
There seems to be something else going on here that I can't pinpoint - maybe an option that needs to be checked during one or more installs?
