LCVI Starts Up, Then Just Aborts...Help

I've been running LCVI 2009 for a long time.  It's never given me any problems.  Then yesterday, it started acting really strange.  Whenever I try to start it from the Start menu, it briefly displays the startup screen, then just aborts with no message.  The startup screen is visible for about 1 second, and then it just disappears.

And when I try to start it my double-clicking a .prj or .cws file, it does the same thing, but also a Windows error message popup is displayed which says that Windows can't find the file that I just double-clicked.

I uninstalled LCVI and then reinstalled it.  No luck.  Then the head our our MIS department uninstalled and reinstalled, with no luck.

Is there maybe an error log somewhere that I can view that might give me a clue to what is going on?

Hi Chopper77,

This may be due to a known issue and there is a KnowledgeBase article that details a possible solution to this issue. I have included it below for your convenience and I hope this helps!
