Where is IVIConfigurationStore.xsd located?

it can be in
XP: C:\Program Files\IVI\Data or
Win7: C:\ProgramData\IVI Foundation\IVI

I cannot find this file in listed directories or anywhere on my PC.
Is there any problem and how could I solve it?

Note that the file is not necessarily IviConfigurationStore.xsd. There may be a postfix on the file name. For instance, my filename is IviConfigurationStore_1-6.xsd.
