How do I load/access "NI Vision Bookshelf"

I am using NI Vision 8.5 and want to learn more about the structuring elements.  I'm told to go to "Search the NI Vision Bookshelf".  This directory or file is not on my computer.  Do I need to reinstall Vision?

Do you have a documentation folder located at Start»All Programs»National Instruments»Vision? Where are you getting told to search the NI Vision Bookshelf? Also, have you seen the Vision Concepts Manual?
