Function CycleRMSAverage

[LMTO calibration]

I would like to use this function calculate the RMS value of a 5 kHz, 15 V positive peak, -15 V negative peak  square wave signal.  My array data file name is dOutput, and the size is 300.I am not sure how to enter all the parameters for this function.  Can you provide all the parameters?  Thanks.
