E Series DAQ self calibrate problem

Hi Folks,

Sorry if this question strays a little, but I couldn't find a more
relevant ng to post to - the general DAQ one seems to have been dead
since January...

I am having a problem with an AT-MIO-16XE-10 DAQ board, when using the
Calibrate_E_Series() function within CVI. Basically I am trying to do
a self calibrate using the internal voltage reference. After
calibrating, the channels do not measure correctly - they behave as if
they are floating (?!). If I power down the system, everything returns
to normal after next power on.

I am storing the new constants in user EEPROM. The strangest thing is
that this was actually working OK for about 5 runs of the program.

Any ideas would be very welcome.

Thanks,

Craig Jackson

Craig;

I'm attaching a CVI example code that executes that task, just in case there is something wrong on the code you are running there.

Furthermore, in case you have that DAQ board for a while now, it night be time for you to have NI calibrating the board internally. After sometime, the DAQ device won't respond to external calibration as it uses to, and the best bet is to have NI recalibrating it.

Hope this helps.
