Debug project issue with CVI2013

Hello NI,

the following scenario could be improved, I think

If I press the 'Debug Project' button (green triangle), compilation may start. Since this can take quite some time one may be tempted to press the 'Debug Project' button again. Interestingly, now the button gets dimmed, but also the build will fail.

This behavior could be repaired if the green button would be dimmed as long as clang is running ...

This bug is still alive (the button is dimmed only at the second click) but I can't find it listed in the list of known issues

This bug was unintentionally not marked as public. I changed it to be public and so it should start showing up in the list of known issues with the next update.
