Hi Celine,

To create an IVI driver installer using LabWindows/CVI, complete the following steps:

Thanks for your help,

However, I would like to create a ivi-com and not a ivi-c driver. This is the problem.
All the informations I have found are about building ivi-c driver in CVI. So I am not sure I can create a IVI-com driver in CVI.

What do you think about that ?

Hello, Celine.

CVI has an ActiveX server wizard that allows you to create general-purpose COM servers. I'm not very familiar with ivi-com drivers, but I don't think there's any reason why you couldn't create one with this wizard.

You start the wizard by selecting Tools>>Create ActiveX Server. Before you start, however, I'd recommend that you browse through this application note:

If you then need some specific help, as you go along, the wizard has help buttons throughout.
