Converting/calling an application created with CVI into Labview

Hi

I have an third party application code created with labwindows CVI (Attachment:scissor lift CVI code.rar) which is used for our X-ray CT motion control. I want to used the Labview 8.6 as my main software for the DAQ & interface software for my development. My idea is, to create a dll from this CVI code and called the dll with Labview shared library import function. 

My problem is that I'm not expert in CVI programming so can anyone help me how to create a dll from this code? or are there any other suggestion to implement this conversion?
