ConnectToTCPServer Error Code -2 when logged in with Domain User Account

Using Dell PC running Windows 7 Pro and has joined a domain.  PC has 2 NICs.  1 NIC for connection between PC and server machine.  2nd NIC (static IP address) for connection between PC and custom product running a socket program (acting as a server).  Receive error code -2 (connection not established) when using ConnectToTCPServer() function call, but only when I log in using a Domain User account.  When I log in using a local user account, ConnectToTCPServer() is successful.  It seems as if Labwindows/CVI software doesn't give permission to use 2nd NIC when logged in as Domain User.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

DSigut,

What NIC are you using when you are getting the error and which device (Domain server, or custom server) are you trying to connect to?
