A problem for CVI 7.0 installation

I just asked a question about some examples can't be run on my computer. Now, I found that the reason should be the error occurred when I installed NI-DAQ 7.3 after I installed CVI 7.0.
"The NI-DAQ CVI API 7.3 installation has failed with the following error:
You must have LabWindows/CVI 7.0 or higher to use this API."
It's weird because I have CVI 7.0 on my computer. Itried several times till now, but the problem is still there.
I use Windows 2000, and have a PCI-6110 on my computer.
