While loops with a False constant wired to the stop condition are not a good idea.  They are infinite loops and you'll be forced to hit the abort button to stop the VI.

Also having two DAQ assistants running in parallel will likely give you a "resource reserved" error if both DAQ assistants are pointing to the same DAQ device.

That is correct; though that last post was actually two separate diagrams pictured side by side and it was only inteded to illustrate different ways of combining data on an XY Graph.  Here are the two VIs back saved for LV 8.
