write to excel

Hello everyone!!!

I have a problem. I would like to copy into an excel the name of the files that are created in my proyect...differentiating them according to date that where created, and according to the user.... ie, when a file is created, I want its name to go to a excel file but, inside, differenciate file with the date and inside the date, differenciate them with the user...I don't know if I explain myself very well...

Can anyone help me ???? is there a vi that does that ??? I'm using labview v8.0!!!

The easy wayis to use a comma delimited spreadsheet file (*.csv) and import it with excel. Look at the write to spreadsheet file vi's that ship with LV.
