its a biomedical application where the post processing of acquired physiological signals is done using the texas instruments dsp processor. do u know a way to make both run?

In order to give you an answer I would need more information about what you are trying to do. Such as what NI software you are trying to use and how the TI DSP fits in. Are you using the NI LabVIEW DSP Test Integration Toolkit for TI DSP? What do you mean when you say "both" run?
