word format picture.vi: why height/width parameter does not work (error -2146824090)?

I appended the front panel control image to Word. When I format it with word format picture.vi, the height and wiodth parameters does not work, but the scaler factor works fine. The error code is -2146824090. Could you give some kind suggestions? I appreciate it a lot.

I'm not quite sure how you have built this VI. Could you post it here so that I can take a look at it? I can run it on my machine and see if I experience the same behavior.
