In wiring two points, this message occurs

                           This wire connects to an undirect tunnel.

Please tell me what does this means?

do you have an example vi or picture to attach? And what are "points" in this context?

This likely means that you wired through the border of a structure, making a tunnel, and deleted the wire that went into it.
