wireless signal acquisition and saving signal in text format simultaneously for 5 mins

in this vi first of all i am trying to:

1. acquire ECG signal wirelessly
2. then the acquired signal which is getting plotted has to be saved for 300 secs.
3. currently till waveform chart and voltage the things are working.
4. But as soon as i try to use any spreadsheet, or array to save the real time incoming data for 300 sec what happens is the graphs gets slowed down.
5. i tried using producer/consumer loop, but i dont know if i am missing any thing.
6. but i want the incoming data to be saved for 300 secs
