why does 2147023688 error occour while configuring to OPC client

i tried to configure a OPC client in a system to a OPC server in other system so while i was attempting i got an error 2147024891 but i had resolved it then again i got the error 2147023688 occoured at opc_browsenetresource.vi. why i am getting this error and how could i resolve?
