why can not print out window?

I tried to [rint out some block diogram. the printer did respond when I sent out th command, the printing is empty!
just a blank paper comes out.
and It used to be OK. I did get some warnning several times when I shut down LABVIEW, It says:internal error.
what should I do if I get such warnning?

What are your LabVIEW printing options? (Standard, Postscript, bitmap, etc.). If it is e.g. set to Postscript, make sure you are actually using a postscript printer.
