 Is 8.5.1 is older than 2009?

I never had to login in to the ftp site.

Maybe your firewall does prevent access to the ftp site for security reasons?

the ftp site no longer accept anonymous user.  need to download 8.5 runtime but couldn't find it anywhere on ni.
