where is IMAQ Copy?

Solved!
Go to solution

We just installed Labview 2009 and the IMAQ Copy function is missing. We had a 8.6 application using it and now it seems to be gone. What happened or what can be used instead?

Thanks,

Bob

Tried that but it didn't help. I'll try it again.

Bob,

Andrey is right - that VI is installed with the Vision Development Module and has not changed from 8.6 to 2009.

Keep in mind the normal order of installation is 1. Labview 2. Toolkits and Modules 3. Drivers (in your case Vision Acquisition Software 2009, which installs the IMAQ driver).

Let me know if you have more trouble.

Tried to reinstall VDM 8.6.4 but that didn't work. Downloaded and installed VDM 2009 and all is well.

Thanks,

Bob
