Could anyone help me and tell me what is this problem?

This is now an example of an error message that EXACTLY tells you what the problem is. Check the way you define the path. Nothing else.

What is the path you are passing into this VI?  I can't tell since the data going into the subVI is blocked.

 

And you really should be passing your errors along and handle then in some way other than letting the automatic error handler do it.

That is usually an invalid reference being used/created.  I'm not familiar with IMAQ, so I don't know what you code is trying to do.
