Just to clarify - it's not impossible. Tools can be written to convert code in any language to any other language.
It's just that in this case, the only tool which currently does this conversion is the converter NI uses for LV embedded and for the PDA module and that only converts some of the functionality, so there is no  easy or complete way to currently do this.
