use USB8451 standalone

I am thinking to use USB8451 to communicate with our product. then the labview code and USB8451 have to be used in other PC which doesn't have labview and MAX. since the device need a name which is defined in MAX. so I am wondering how can USB8451 be used in a PC without MAX. thanks a lot for your help

Hey gunking,

You won't be able to use the USB-8451 without the NI-VISA and NI-845x drivers, which also install Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX). Is there any reason you can't have MAX on your PC? You can download the latest version of NI-VISA here, and the latest version of NI-845x here
