unable to load device side components in PDA labview

I need help on labview PDA module: after build for PDA and try to download it. I got an error message: "the microsoft activesync reported the following error: unable to load device side components, please check server configuration settings."

Can anyone help me? Many thanks in advance.

You need to install the patch.

If you cannot install the patch, you can build the executable into a folder that is active synced with the PDA. When this folder is synced, the executable will be put onto the PDA. You can also manually move previously built executables into a folder that is synced with the PDA.

Thank you for your answer, Jeremy. But I did install patch but had same problem. I think I know what causes this problem. I have two PDAs connected to my desktop: one is for personal and the other is for project. When I installed labview module, it recognized my personal PDA first. Therefore, if I use project PDA for programming, it caused problems. Now I do not know how to get rid of it to replace with other PDA. I do not have any option to choose which PDA as my labview module. Please let me know if you know how. Thanks.

I do not know how the module interacts with various PDAs. I do know that you can build for pda and create a pda execuable. You can then transfer the file to the PDA and it should run there.

If this really bothers you, you might to try uninstall LabVIEW, PDA software, etc. and install LabVIEW with your project PDA installed then install your personal one.
