unable to download software

I've been trying to download software from ni.com, without any luck.  Every time I set up the download, I get the button, "Log in to download."  When I log in (or if I'm already logged in) it then briefly shows "Loading Options" in the foreground (sometimes briefly displaying a "Download" button) and then reverts to the "Log in to download" button again.

 

Pressing that button simply repeats the process.

I've tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Tor) logging out, logging in, clearing cookies, rebooting the computer.  Nothing helps, the problem is the same.

 

I've tried this with the following downloads, but it seems to happen with everything:

 

* LabVIEW FPGA Compilation Tool

* LabVIEW Instrument Design Libraries for Vector Signal Transceivers

 

Is this a problem with my account?  A back-end problem?   Or some other issue?

I tried to do this, exactly as you have shown.  The Good News is that it is presently downloading.  The bad news is that it reports itself as requiring 5 GB, and has another 10 minutes to go.

 

My conclusion is that you are having a problem with accessing the download site, possibly because there is a problem with your Account/License, something you'd need to clear up with NI.
