trigger and real time data

I'm not an advanced user of labview, and I'm having problems doing
something:
I have a test in which several analog measurements have to be recorded each
time a digital trigger is activated, and this happens approximately every
2.5 seconds.
I was trying to use AI config, AIstart with a digital trigger and AI read.
However, I will also like to see real time values of those measurements
regardless of the trigger status. Is there any way to see the pre-trigger
scans real-time? Or this is not the correct way to focus in this problem?

thanks

That depends on your hardware, some cards have ability to acquire
pre-trigger data.
Also if your hardware permits, you can trigger one channel and have another
channel acquire continuously.
For that to work you will need ADC per channel instead of multiplexed ADC.
