tipstrip Customization

Hi all,

Is there a way to customize the tipstrips that appear in LabVIEW windows? Perhaps, an ini file setting? In particular I wish to change the time period of mouse-hover after which a tipstrip appears. This may appear when the mouse-hovers over a listbox with text that exceeds the column length.

I don't think you can. I would love to know if it is possible!
