How can I change the contents of the Tdms file? The file format looks like excel, but the old content is not changed even if new data is added. Can you help me, please?

The file format is nothing like Excel.  If you are using the Excel Add-on, that only reads the data and puts it into Excel tables for you to view.  I am certain it does not allow for writing to the TDMS file.

If you want to update a TDMS file, you can look at using Scout (the free version lets you look at TDMS files in a better format than Excel, but you have to go pro in order to edit the file) or use the TDMS API in LabVIEW.
